Private clinic “Diakonissen” is a leader in comprehensive health care. Every employee receives this comprehensive check, worth around 700 euros, free of charge every two years. The check takes place during working hours, so you don’t have to take a day off work.
Personal medical care.
Our company doctor visits our agencies regularly and is also available to everyone individually. It is important to us to support everyone in maintaining their health in the long term and taking precautionary measures.

All measures that strengthen the health of our teams are supported. These vaccinations are available free of charge and are administered by our company doctor.
Small refreshment for a good mood.
The vitality of our teams is very important to us, so there should be no shortage of snacks. Among other things, there are regularly handmade granola bars from our customer “True Love”, fresh fruit and chocolate.
We ensure a smooth workflow.
Whether it’s fruit juice, soft drinks, tea, coffee, our Draper’s Bar offers that and so much more. Thus, we have a rich selection of sparkling wine, wine, gin, whiskey, vodka and rum for smaller and larger celebrations. Generally speaking, alcohol is not necessarily good for your health. We do not want to tempt anyone. Enjoy responsibly.
We want the food to be enjoyed as well.
From 12 to 2 a.m., you can eat at your own table, in unoccupied conference rooms and at the bars. There are lots of kitchens in our agency. And in the surrounding area there are various restaurants with take-away or outdoor seating. After lunch, rooms are aired. And in summer we have the terrace at our disposal.
Barbecue together.
Our terrace is always available to everyone. Smaller barbecue parties can also be held here on your own initiative.
We do not want to promote smoking.
For our smokers, however, we have created nice places to make smoking pleasant. Smoke less, but enjoy it – that makes sense. In general, however, it is probably better not to smoke.
We promote fitness.
At the Linz location, there is an in-house fitness studio where we receive a 20% discount. In addition, our employees receive 30% financial subsidy from the agency. Thus, this gym costs only half. We subsidize other fitness studios with a 30% fitness allowance.
The perfect journey by bike.
Even those who come by bike should be as comfortable as possible. Bikes are charged and safely stored in a locked bike cellar equipped with air pump & power outlets. In Linz, shower rooms and lockers for clothes are also available free of charge. So you can start work fresh and alert after your arrival by bike.
The ticket for all public transport.
We support sustainable thinking and action and therefore also public transport. Attention: possible commuter allowances will be lost.
For the well-traveled.
Many RUPs come from far away. That’s why we are happy to finance underground parking spaces at 50%. Existing agreements remain in effect.

Our employees can use the Linz AG charging stations in Linz for a fee.

Whether at the Scalaria on Lake Wolfgangsee or elsewhere: our annual Christmas parties are legendary.
Smaller Events.
Instead of larger excursions, smaller events are planned on a regular basis, such as a golf taster day with David, our pro from the accounting department.

Learning is the basis of our success. As part of the AdAcademy, there are written AdTalks, videos, trainings, lectures, opportunities to participate in professional events and, time and again, literature tips.

Perfect timing.
To allow for free time management, we have reduced our core working hours, when everyone should be present, to the minimum necessary. Thus, there is a maximum of freedom.
From home.
Dependent on the respective work area this is possible. In general, the advantages of teamwork in our wonderful office space outweigh the disadvantages for us. Apart from that, commuting allowances are lost for legal reasons, which is not always beneficial.
