  • Project management
  • Customer advisory service
  • Budget and schedule planning
  • Collaboration on online strategies and concepts
  • Presenting ideas and representing the agency to the client
  • Customer support
  • Managing customer concerns after a project launch
  • Coordination of customer requirements with perfect project management within the team
  • Testing of implemented functions from development before they go to the customer
  • Creation of user manuals for the customer
  • Providing training for the client’s editors

 

Your profile

  • Customer contact experience
  • Experience in project management for digital products/projects
  • Dealing with Jira and Confluence
  • Strong affinity for online technologies and web applications
  • Experience with various online tools (Google tools, CMS systems, newsletter tools, …)
  • Structured thinking and working as well as understanding of complex interrelationships
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, persistence and assertiveness
  • Confident and personable appearance
  • You are characterized by an accurate, independent way of working, initiative and the ability to work in a team
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
