The acute shortage of skilled workers in Austria affects many areas of our society. The Upper Austrian educational landscape is also facing the challenge of meeting the demand for teachers. The new image campaign designed by REICHLUNDPARTNER brings the positive aspects of the teaching profession back to the fore and inspires young people to become teachers.
With real teachers and pupils as role models in everyday school life, REICHLUNDPARTNER was able to develop an attention-grabbing campaign. The aim was to use expressive images combined with activating statements to invite people to become teachers. In addition to the presence in various print media, the designed advertising materials also include a radio, TV and cinema spot. Younger target groups are also reached through a comprehensive online and social media presence. Here, real and inspiring situations from everyday school life in Upper Austria show the positive influence of teachers on future generations. This not only expresses appreciation for the profession, but also arouses the kind of curiosity that is of great importance when it comes to imparting knowledge.
