What are you responsible for?

A large part is certainly customer service. Being able to advise clients at the highest level and manage the creative team in the background is the basis for this. But my tasks also include the development of long-term strategies through to implementation.

What does a typical working day look like for you?

The first stop is the coffee machine, of course with the cell phone to read the first e-mails and messages. Then the appointments and priorities are checked and then it’s off to the first meetings. In between, there are phone calls, emails to answer and the odd chat with colleagues.

What opportunities does your employer offer for career starters and young talents?

We offer everyone the opportunity to immerse themselves in the agency world. In addition to specialist knowledge and strategic thinking, common sense, empathy and curiosity are also important. Through various trainee programs, we give young talents the chance to gain experience in all areas.

What do you think makes your employer unique?

It is above all the versatility that is always so exciting and no two days are the same. The different projects and tasks that we have to solve as an agency and the cooperation with many other great talents from all areas of communication make REICHLUNDPARTNER unique.

What have you learned for the future at this employer?

In addition to my professional development, I have gained self-confidence and self-assurance in myself and my work. I have learned to deal with challenging situations and know that there is always a solution, often “out of the box”. I now dare to think a little bigger and further ahead!
