With the largest water surface per bathing guest in Austria an attractive wellness, gastronomy and hotel offer as well as a familiar team, the SPA Resort Therme Geinberg offers a working environment that is second to none. REICHLUNDPARTNER communicated these qualities of the VAMED Vitality World resort in an activating recruiting campaign in such a way as to counteract the labor shortage in the long term.
Strategy
How to attract the attention of committed and motivated people? With a compelling hashtag! #meinwowjob stands as a general statement on all subjects, which is supplemented by other imaginative hashtags such as #würzgenie, #samthändchen or #fitnessaddict, depending on the job advertised. Visually, the recruiting campaign fits perfectly with the general thermal campaign by being divided into two parts. A special shooting was carried out for the subjects in order to provide a comprehensive insight into the working environment. Depending on the specific work location (Spa Resort Therme Geinberg, Aqarium or Geinberg5), they are in different color schemes.
Implementation
REICHLUNDPARTNER has developed a wide variety of advertising materials for the various advertised positions and job groups: The posters, advertisements and social media postings show how cool a job at Therme Geinberg can be. In addition, 15 employee videos, which REICHLUNDPARTNER shot on location together with filmteer, provide a look behind the scenes. The authentic interviews give a vivid impression of working life at the Spa Resort Therme Geinberg.
