With the Neuland project, LINZ AG created an area in the port of Linz that is unique in Europe, combining a state-of-the-art company site with a local recreation area including access to the water. The 360-degree campaign for this lively meeting place for business and leisure was created by REICHLUNDPARTNER.
While the 3,600m2 harbor park on the roof of the Pharmahalle invites you to linger, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mural Harbor, one of the world’s largest street art galleries, the Danube and the Mühlviertel from the 28-meter-high observation tower.
The company premises were also modernized: Among other things, a special warehouse for frozen and pharmaceutical products, another container gantry crane and rail facilities were built. The marshalling yard and the container terminal were expanded and electrified. All of this contributes significantly to strengthening the logistics location.
REICHLUNDPARTNER developed an attention-grabbing campaign to highlight the more opportunities that the port now offers for businesses and the public. In addition to classic and online advertising, moving image spots for cinema, TV and web, a radio spot, a branded streetcar and many target group-specific press releases and advertorials were realized.
