Work-life balance, four-day weeks, sabbaticals after two years of work and working from home full-time are the lies of our time!

How do I come up with this? People lie to themselves with these concepts and fool others into believing that success is possible with little effort.

The truth is: there are enough other people in the world who are working hard on their success. They are getting smarter, better, more successful and simply outperform the work-life balance faction.

If you really want to get something done, you should listen to Arnold Schwarzenegger and his rousing speech at Stanford University:

“You can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pocket!”

Arnold Schwarzenegger tells a story about Muhammad Ali, who was once asked how many push-ups he did in training. The answer was typical of a successful champion. Muhammad Ali replied: “I have no idea. I only start counting when it starts to hurt. Because that’s when it gets interesting.”

If you want to be successful, there is no way around hard work. You don’t get anything for free and no success in the world falls from the sky. Only when you have really turned over every stone do you know that you have done everything for success.

That’s why: Let’s finally fall in love with the extra mile again and celebrate performance and success! Working hard for something is a great feeling!
