The aim of the campaign is to present Maresi as the ideal employer for talented professionals from Vienna and the surrounding area and thus appeal to a broad target group – from career starters to experienced experts – who are looking for a new professional role.
Innovative ways to reach the target group
In a highly competitive market for specialists, we wanted to highlight Maresi as an employer that offers more – flexible working hours, home office and a high degree of decision-making freedom. To set the company apart from the competition, we developed a campaign that is authentic and modern. It emphasizes both the benefits and the diverse areas of responsibility at Maresi and highlights the brands Inzersdorfer, KnabberNossi, Shan’shi, Maresi Milch, Ovomaltine and Lay’s in particular. With creative approaches and precise media planning, we reach a broad target group in Vienna and the surrounding area.

The campaign was precisely planned in close collaboration with SMC Social Media Communications and implemented on various channels – from social media and programmatic banner campaigns to Google Search and out-of-home measures such as subway panels and info screens.
