Project manager
incentive trips and events

Task:

• Independent planning, organization and implementation of small, medium and large incentive trips and events at home and abroad
• Implementation of existing quality management (project management system with high quality requirements, standards, etc.)
• Customer responsibility
• Collaboration with internal conceptionists and experience designers
• Collaboration with communication specialists in the areas of social media, e-marketing, advertising, PR and other external service partners such as hotels, airlines and travel service providers
• Responsibility for results
• Achievement of targets in quantitative and qualitative terms

Requirements:

• Tourism training or studies, e.g. university of applied sciences for tourism/event management or university (business administration, marketing), or similar
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an incentive agency or full-service event agency as an experienced independent project manager (incentives and events) with customer contact (support and consulting) as well as very good practical knowledge in communication and creation of communication media (social media, advertising/marketing)
• Perfect written and spoken German, excellent communication skills, very good knowledge of English
