That was the motto of the collaboration between the Linz artist Johann Jascha and the B.E.L. private school. Together with the pupils, 62 pictureswere painted, whichwere exhibited and sold as part of the theater performance “Der Weg zum Planet Harmonia” at the PH Linz on December 19, 2023. All for a good cause: the net proceeds of the evening went to the children’s aid organization Rettet das Kind OÖ. 62 Pictures for the good cause
The artist Johann Jascha painted unique works of art with the children from the B.E.L. private school in Linz. Inspired by the world-famous fairy tale “The Little Prince”, the pupils creatively put their emotions and thoughts on paper right next to Johann Jascha’ s works. All proceeds from the sale of the unique pieces were donated to Rettet das Kind OÖ.
“We support around 1,000 children and families every year throughdonations. With the proceeds from the great pictures, we can help other families in need in Upper Austria. This is an incredible contribution from the pupils of the B.E.L. private school. A big thank you also goes to Johann Jascha, of course,” emphasizes Thomas Schrenk,Presidentof Rettet das Kind Upper Austria.
