The world's largest job portal analyzes the mood of Austrians

Last week, Monster Worldwide Austria presented the "Monster Job Changer Study" to domestic journalists for the sixth time in a row. The good news for Austrian companies: the majority of employees are satisfied with their superiors, according to a core statement of the representative study, which was scientifically accompanied by IMAS. Nearly one in two employees (47%) give their manager top marks; another 44% of respondents are somewhat satisfied with their supervisor. In contrast, just under 9% expressed dissatisfaction. "It is worth noting the age-specific differences - middle-aged people express the highest level of satisfaction with their boss, while older employees show above-average skepticism in this regard," says Barbara Riedl-Wiesinger, Country Manager & Sales Director Monster Worldwide Austria GmbH.
