2nd place: Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann
3rd place: PKP BBDO incl. DDB

But agency head Rainer Reichl was particularly pleased with the ranking from the customer's point of view. The agency took first place in the category "Austria's best advertising agencies" in the areas of strategy, innovation and creation , while Reichl und Partner Werbeagentur and Reichl und Partner eMarketing each took second place in the overall ranking. The new xpert-network system makes the creative performance and innovative strength of Austrian agencies measurable and comparable for the first time. Reichl und Partner eMarketing achieved 2nd place with 87.57 points

The criteria for Xpert ranking by customers: Maximum 30 points for the appearance on xpert.net, maximum 30 points for the personal presentation in front of a customer jury and maximum 40 points by customer survey. A total of 100 points could be achieved. "It is worth highlighting that only two agencies scored well over 90 points," Reichl explains. In addition, Reichl und Partner had by far the best agency presentation.
