Richter Pharma AG presented its current business figures at a press conference on 8 Aril 2016. The company, headquartered in Wels, Austria, achieved sales of 493 million euros in the 2015 financial year (+18% compared to the previous year). The 100% subsidiary Pharma Logistik Austria accounted for sales of 298 million euros. Overall, the Group's result increased to 6.2 million euros.  As of January 1, 2016, the Richter Group employed 399 people at three sites in Wels and one site in Groß Enzersdorf near Vienna.

Richter Pharma is one of the few Austrian pharmaceutical companies to offer know-how along the entire value chain. This also runs through the "Strategy 2020" redefined in 2015. In it, Richter Pharma positions itself as a comprehensive healthcare provider with the mission "We secure and improve the high-quality supply of pharmaceuticals and healthcare products for humans and animals!" and continues to focus on four mainstays. "The advantages of the four different business areas are strategically used together," explains Mag. Roland Huemer, CEO of Richter Pharma AG.
