The jeweler S.M.Wild is located on the Landstraße in the Palais Kaufmännischer Verein in Linz. In a beautiful and contemporary ambience, the extensive assortment can be admired in the stationary store. To ensure that these high-quality jewels and fine watch brands can also be admired online, REICHLUNDPARTNER eMarketing developed an appealing website that reflects the quality of the high-end products.

Strategy

S.M.Wild is characterized not only by high-quality products, but also by excellent customer service. With a new web presence, S.M.Wild has decided to take another step towards digitalization in order to offer customers an optimal online experience of the product variety.
Thus, REICHLUNDPARTNER eMarketing set itself the goal of implementing a new functional website, which is state of the art in responsive web design.
The full responsive website should present the jewelry brands, watches and accessories clearly.

Implementation

The website relaunch of S.M.Wild was carried out in April 2021 and currently includes more than 1,000 products. REICHLUNDPARTNER eMarketing was responsible for the UX design and programming. The extensive product range extends from jewelry and watches to accessories. S.M.Wild is also an official Rolex partner – which is why a special page was created in cooperation with Rolex. By clicking on a heart icon, products can be added to a watch list and availability can be requested. Furthermore, there is also a separate section “Worth knowing” – here you can read everything about diamonds, pearls, wedding rings and care tips for watches and jewelry.
