Initial situation

New location, new processes

At the beginning of 2017, OÖNachrichten moved into its new location in the Promenaden Galerien. This was reason enough for the traditional Linz newspaper to further optimize its internal workflows. Thus, synergy effects were created by merging the classic print editorial team and the online editorial team in order to be able to offer readers the best possible end product on all channels.

It should be eye-catching!

Since OÖNachrichten also advertises in its own medium, particular emphasis was placed on ensuring that the ads stood out from the newspaper’s usual information environment. This is achieved, among other things, through smart, likeable statements in eye-catching typography as well as through the staging of the reader as a central image element in so-called “hero shots”.

A holistic campaign

Under the campaign claim “The best for you”, we remind the general public of the quality standards of OÖNachrichten. The message was communicated across a wide range of advertising media: classic and target-group-specific ads in both the B2C and B2B sectors, radio spots, posters, special advertising media such as the tip-on card directly on the newspaper, and much more.

Eye-catcher deluxe: Over a total length of 144 sheets, a veritable poster landscape was designed, spreading a magical winter mood. OÖNachrichten stands out as the “oversized” sender.
