Your tasks

• Development and establishment of SEM expertise within the company
• Coordinate with the design, copywriting and marketing team to develop ideas and define advertising requirements
• Research on keywords, consumer trends and competing brands
• Analyze and interpret research and analytics data to support marketing strategy
• Design and develop online marketing campaigns to maximize search engine returns and website traffic
• Implementation of PPC advertising campaigns and SEO best practices
• Monitoring of SEM analyses such as referrals, click-through rates and customer acquisition rates
• Manage and adjust PPC budgets to ensure maximum ROI for paid ads
• Coordinate with designers and editors to ensure all content complies with SEO best practices
• Preparation of performance reports and analyses for presentation and review
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in search trends, PPC strategies and SEO best practices

Your profile

• A degree in digital marketing or a related field of study
• Leadership skills are an advantage
• At least two years’ experience as an SEM specialist or similar
• Google Ads Certification
• Knowledge of analytics and PPC platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Facebook Business Manager
• Strong understanding of SEO and SEM techniques and best practices
• Experience with a variety of search engines, including Google, Bing and Yahoo
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript advantageous
• Experience with a variety of content management systems such as WordPress
• Excellent research and analysis skills
• Experience with Hubspot is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills with programs such as MS Office and Google Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
