- Administrative tasks such as organizing messengers, cabs, catering, conference rooms, flights, hotels, etc.
- Correspondence
- Customer database maintenance

- Telephone service
- Coordination of appointments
- Order processing
- Mail processing
Your profile
- Commercial training (HAS or HAK)
- Ideally experience in office management
- Friendly, helpful nature
- Good IT skills
- Strong organizational skills
