  • Administrative tasks such as organizing messengers, cabs, catering, conference rooms, flights, hotels, etc.
  • Correspondence
  • Customer database maintenance
  • Customer reception
  • Telephone service
  • Coordination of appointments
  • Order processing
  • Mail processing

Your profile

  • Commercial training (HAS or HAK)
  • Ideally experience in office management
  • Friendly, helpful nature
  • Good IT skills
  • Strong organizational skills
