It goes without saying for WKOÖ President Doris Hummer that Upper Austrian companies leave no stone unturned in offering their employees the best possible working conditions. A prime example of this is the agency group REICHLUNDPARTNER with its new business premises in the Linz Promenaden Galerien, where the WKOÖ president (pictured 2nd from right together with managing directors Rainer Reichl (2nd from left) and Helmut Raml (right) as well as Creative Director Renate Lugmayr) was able to see for herself in person on site.

Rainer Reichl, founder and CEO of the agency group, is pursuing an ambitious strategy: "We want to offer the best jobs in the industry, because this in turn will give our agency the best employees". With the claim to be a leading player in the Upper Austrian Landeszentrale the "agency of the future" to develop, opened REICHLUNDPARTNER in the middle in Linz on 2500 m2 the largest location of an holistic structured advertising agency.

Agency of the future

Top specialists and generalists from all areas of digital and analog communications work here under one roof, closely networked with the other agency location in Vienna and over 100 agencies worldwide. Of the 170 permanent employees, 130 already work in Linz, where agency head Reichl sees additional potential: "The good location between Vienna and Munich opens up great opportunities for us here, which we want to take advantage of.

The ever more rapidly changing communications landscape is also forcing agencies to constantly find new ways of doing things. At Reichl und Partner, for example, the spatial concept of the "Agency of the Future" is designed to promote and live communication. In this way, a motivational space for high potentials was created in the Promenaden Galleries, which will help to strengthen Linz as a center for contemporary marketing communication in Austria.

Focused on the future

Always focused on recognizing and exploiting future developments in good time, REICHLUNDPARTNER was one of the first advertising companies to have its own agencies for web development and social media. Experience marketing also broke new ground in the field of live communication.

Reichl sees the future of communication even more strongly in the holistic interplay of analog, digital and live communication. Thus the agency team of Reichl and partner wants to become fair in the future still more purposefully the requirements of the domestic economy and realize agency concepts, which unite strategy, creation and Design as well as professional project management on highest level. And for every customer stratum: "We are large enough for complex tasks, but at the same time small enough to provide individual support for our customers."
