The most famous Christmas carol celebrates its birthday

2018 marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of the world’s most famous Christmas carol, “Silent Night! Holy Night”, for the 200th time. Times. On this anniversary 13 silence night places as well as the national tourism organizations of Upper Austria, Salzburg and Tirol prepare themselves already intensively – now with active support by REICHLUNDPARTNER.

Peace message for near and far

In the course of a major campaign, the world’s attention is to be drawn to those places and regions where it all began. Partners such as the Austrian National Tourist Office and the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber are also involved in the tourist positioning of the “Silent Night”. The campaign of REICHLUNDPARTNER focuses on the peace message of “Silent Night! Holy Night!” as well as its origin and worldwide dissemination.

REICHLUNDPARTNER Advertising created the globally valid Silent Night logo, which does full justice to the festive occasion and can continue to be used after the anniversary year, slightly adapted. Other measures that have already been implemented include a comprehensive CD manual, various advertisement templates and a highway poster that warmly welcomes visitors to Silent Night Land. Design suggestions from REICHLUNDPARTNER were also incorporated into the official, multilingual website www.stillenacht.com.
