The Linz-based, internationally active company has been developing and producing innovative automation solutions in the Industrial, Handover and Energy Automation business areas for more than 50 years.
The highly qualified employees of the KEBA Group play an important role in the development of customer-oriented industry solutions.
Strategy
The focus of the employer branding campaign designed by REICHLUNDPARTNER was to position KEBA as an attractive employer brand.
Communication goals were to expand awareness and generate specific applications. The conception of the campaign placed the company’s own employees – KEBANERS – at the center of the campaign. The recruitment of the brand ambassadors was already part of the campaign.
Implementation
The campaign was played out across various classic and digital media. Items used included billboards, city lights, ads, banners, videos, folders, transportation, landing pages and social media activities.
The integrated recruiting campaign succeeded in presenting KEBA as an attractive employer in the technology and innovation sector.
