And the State Award for Brand Packaging goes to ... Crown oil!

And once again, REICHLUNDPARTNER Werbeagentur can be pleased about an award: Our brand relaunch for the traditional Austrian brand Kronenöl not only gave the Wels-based company VFI (Vereinigte Fettwarenindustrie) a new brand identity, but also the "Special Award Brand Packaging" at the 2018 State Award ceremony.

State awards are among the most important honors in the country. It is all the more gratifying that the Kronenöl 2-l can, newly designed by REICHLUNDPARTNER, was awarded this special prize in the State Prize category "Smart Packaging". We are delighted about this success together with the award winners VFI and Österreichische Blechwarenfabrik Pirlo.

Nomen est omen - also in can design

A crown of oil provides an attractive indication of the high-quality contents, while the lid with the new "crown" embossing serves to enhance brand recognition. Even in low shelf position, the Kronenöl 2-liter can is immediately recognizable, the brand is clearly enhanced. But the can is also a bull's eye when it comes to environmental compatibility: Tinplate is particularly recycling-friendly because it can be separated and recycled 100% from both the collection system for metal packaging and from residual waste by means of magnets.

And as if that were not enough, just this spring Kronenöl was named Austria's best rapeseed oil by the magazine "Konsument". The State Prize is awarded annually by the Federal Ministries of Digitization and Economic Location (BMDW) and Sustainability and Tourism (BMNT).
