The Role
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager, someone who has digital agency background in either client acquisition, account management or sales and wants to take it to the next level. You will work alongside over 170 creative professionals in a multicultural enviroment and ensure we are getting new leads while we are consistently keeping our clients happy.
The position is in-house in our new branch in Zagreb where we built a small studio to work in as we scale.
We deal with digital products and services; designing and developing contemporary brands, building e-commerce, minting NFTs and crafting AR/VR experiences.
Responsibilities
Managing accounts for long-term success. Establishing good rapport with clients. Developing new sales opportunities.
Key Qualifications
Sales, marketing, or similar degree.
Proven experience in a sales position.
Rudimentary knowledge in Jira*, Figma, Sales Navigator
*Basic navigation and communication.

You have initiative, ownership and you are self-motivated. You have excellent communication skills, a mastery over the English language and you are professional and articulate. A team player and disarmingly honest.
You are tech literate and you love working in a disruptive enviroment, our office in Zagreb is anti-corporate, warm and youthful.
Benefits
Base salary €1500-2250/m Net depending on experience with an additional, percentage-based new contract commision.
Unrivalled commission structure that can ensure you earn up to 15% of the total contract value with payments made on signature of contracts.
Uncapped commissions, earn as little or as much as you want with your base salary being unnafected.
