The Gesellschaft für Erlebnismarketing (part of the REICHLUNDPARTNER agency group) had its project managers trained by the Red Cross to become COVID-19 officers. This guarantees maximum safety for the customer without having to forego the power of the experience.
The Red Cross offers eLearnings and classroom courses for COVID-19 officers that teach participants how to implement COVID-19 prevention concepts and how to implement measures for reduced infection risk at events. Since the focus for the Society for Experience Marketing is the safe execution of events and the highest safety precautions for incentive travel, all project managers have undergone the COVID-19 officer training.
The project managers now act as competent contacts and know how an event or an incentive trip can be carried out in the best possible way under the current COVID specifications with a continued great experience factor.
