FACC is one of the world’s leading aerospace companies and develops, designs and manufactures advanced lightweight systems for the aerospace industry and demonstrates innovative solutions for the mobility of the future.
At FACC, the joint success of the team is placed above the success of the individual. Currently, 200 new jobs are being created at the technology group from Ried im Innkreis as part of an employment offensive.
Strategy
The employer branding campaign focuses on positioning FACC as an attractive employer in the technical-innovative sector. In addition, internal human resources management is to be further optimized.
Basic tenor: The Austrian-based technology partner of the global aviation industry offers current and potential employees fascination, perspective and meaning with its jobs.
Implementation
A variety of measures are used in the realization of the campaign. Public events such as Open House, Long Night of Teaching, Jobweek or Grow Festival are represented as well as advertisements, print ads and posters.
PR texts are published and career folders are designed. In addition, there are numerous online activities such as updating the website or placing banners and teads.
