As a customer experience consultant, you will ensure that digital customer experiences not only inspire, but also create real added value – through efficiency gains, new business potential and measurable results. You combine strategic know-how, an understanding of UX and sales experience to develop digital solutions for our clients that optimally meet user needs and pay off economically. With your eye for the big picture, you use UX methods and digital strategy in a targeted manner to combine innovation and added value.

Your tasks:

  • Create added value: You design and optimize our customers’ customer journey and develop innovative solutions that improve the user experience while increasing operational efficiency. Your concepts not only offer a smooth customer experience, but also help to save time and costs.
  • Combining strategy and profitability: You develop customized digital strategies that harmonize customer satisfaction and financial goals. Your solutions are aimed at tapping into new sales potential, making processes more efficient and generating long-term business results for our customers.
  • Combining sales and customer benefit: Thanks to your sales experience, you understand how a better customer experience also offers tangible financial added value. You help your clients leverage investments in UX and digital transformation to increase customer loyalty while maximizing profitability.
  • Communication and project management: You take the lead in your projects and ensure that everyone involved – from design to sales – is pulling in the same direction. With clear, inspiring presentations and workshops, you get to the heart of your ideas and inspire customers and teams with the economic benefits of your approaches.

Your profile:

  • Experience and digital know-how: Completed studies or comparable training and at least 3 years of experience in an interface role between UX, strategy and sales.
  • Strong UX skills: You are familiar with methods for optimizing the customer journey, such as story mapping or user flows, and understand how they generate efficiency and added value.
  • Sales flair: You recognize potential for increasing customer benefit and profitability and reconcile business and user needs.
  • Strong communication skills: You have a confident manner and a clear, inspiring way of communicating your ideas and their added value.
